General Rules

It is not allowed to share your username and Password.

Abuse of your username and password means your

membership ends immediately. No Exceptions !!!

You must place a membersplaque or textlink to

PixelCrazy within 1 week after joining.

The members logo's can be found in the membersarea.

Your site must contain a No Right Click Script.

A No Drag and Drop Script and the Toolbar must be disabled.

All the scripts van be found on the internet.

What is allowed and what's not

All the samples and images used for the Tutorials are © by PixelCrazy

and are NOT allowed to be downloaded. Don't snag my Samples and/or adoptions.

Don't alter, change, resize or re-color them and claim to be made by you !!!

You may not snag my samples, images or tutorials and

share them with MSN groups, HetNet Clubs, Yahoo-mailinglists or

any other community or place them on CD or add them in a clipart collection or

any kind and offer them for redistribution or purchase.

You may not use my graphics for mass productions like EBAY.

It is not allowed to write your own tutorial by the use of my outlines or

the graphics you have made by following my tutorials.

Remember that the Copyright of the images belongs to PixelCrazy.

You may use YOUR RESULTS for tags, blinkies, websets, premades, etc.

to make profit by selling it at your own site.

You are allowed to tube YOUR RESULTS....

but you may only use them for PERSONAL USE.

Yes you may use the tubes for Sigtags,

Premades or for your layouts.

RULES FOR MY BASES

You are allowed to use my bases for making sigtags, websets, etc...

and for profit, but your aren't allowed to offer the bases themselfs on

your site and say you made and colored them.... My bases may not be

recolored or changed in any shape... but if you ever play with them and

make a new shape send it to me so I can place it on the site so all

the members can make use of it !

Please always credit me for the base and link to http://pixelcrazy.net

TUBE LICENSE

When you want to sell your results of my tutorials and lines,

you will have to purchase a tube-license to do so.

You will receive a tube-license certificate from me when you purchased it,

but you will have to put the certificate on a credit or members-page.

When you are the owner of a tube-license you canmake tubes and

offer them for money at your site of free in your membersarea.

You can also use the tubes to make graphic collections for sale.

RULES FOR USING MY TUBES

You are allowed to use them for making

sigtags, websets, etc... for profit but you aren't allowed

to put them up "my tubes" on your site and

say you made/colored them and make profit of

them or mix and match them with other tubes

to make new sets of tubes.

When you use one of my tubes in anything

for making the tubes.....

Membership exchanges

Occasionally I will trade memberships with other sites.

I will only consider a trade with a site that has been accepting members for

at least a year ( in other words your site must be will established).

If I agree to trade memberships with you and you close your site for any reason

within 3 months the your membership to my site will be terminated.

My reasoning behind this is while you would still have constant

access to new additions to my membersarea,

I will not have access to any of your graphics/downloads.

That would basically be like me allowing someone to pay

for a 3 months membership but allowing them to have a lifetime membership.

It's simply not fair.So before you approach me about

trading memberships with you, be sure you understand my terms on trade....

If you don't understand it or you just wanna try me

don't hesitate to contact me by mail....

You may save the tutorial pages for offline use.

Make sure that I own the Copyright of all the tutorials,

samples and images used in the membersarea of PixelCrazy.

You may not claim the copyright of the images but you can claim....

The COPYRIGHT always belongs to ME.... PIXELCRAZY.

You may not direct link to my downloads.

save them to your own pc and upload them to your own server.

You may not take my layouts I currently use for PixelCrazy.

They are made by me or I use one from another

membersarea I am / was a member of...

The sigtags, members adoptions, premades, websets, incrediletters, etc.

are for personal use only. It is NOT allowed to take a blank sigtag and

add the name of a friend to it. When they want the sigtag or

pageset they have to join PixelCrazy.

If you were a member of PixelCrazy and decide not to re-new

your membership you are ofcours still allowed to use the graphics at your website but

you still have to link back to PixelCrazy. Please remember that if you are using

PixelCrazy Graphics the Copyright always belongs to PixelCrazy.

I always try to reply to your questions or requests as soon as possible.

Please don't be unfriendly to me when it took a bit longer for me to get back to you.

I use all my spare time to draw and create for PixelCrazy and

Forums but I am also a proud mommy of Daisy,

who also needs her attention from her mommy and

of course my health that can really knock me out for

a couple of days from the pain I have 24/7 !!!

I have the right to refuse anyone from a membership here at PixelCrazy.

When I do so you will be notified personally by email with

the reason you aren't allowed to enter the membersarea.
